What is the purpose of this event?

This summit is a global, business-to-business focused platform designed to facilitate meaningful commercial connections, partnerships, and investments across key industry sectors. The event combines high-level thought leadership with structured matchmaking, industry-specific sessions, and curated networking to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The summit is designed for:

  • Business owners and executives
  • Investors and financiers
  • Corporates and SMEs
  • Startups and scale-ups
  • Industry associations and chambers
  • Government representatives and trade bodies
  • International delegations seeking Australian partnerships

Attendance is curated to ensure relevance and quality interactions.

Unlike passive conferences, this event is outcome-driven. Delegates actively participate in:

  • Pre-scheduled B2B meetings
  • Industry-specific breakout sessions
  • Roundtables and speed networking
  • Trade matchmaking with local and international businesses

The focus is on doing business, not just listening to speeches.

Delegates gain access to an event app where they can:

  • Build a detailed business profile
  • Browse attendees by industry and interest
  • Request and accept meetings in advance
  • Schedule meetings in the dedicated Business Lounge

Meetings typically run for 20–30 minutes in a structured, professional setting.

The summit features dedicated industry tracks including:

  • Finance & Investment
  • Technology & Innovation
  • Sustainability & Green Economy
  • Infrastructure & Property
  • Agribusiness & Food
  • Health
  • Education
  • Manufacturing & Trade Logistics
  • Defence Industry (to be confirmed)

Delegates select tracks relevant to their business to ensure targeted engagement.

Yes. While delegates nominate a primary industry track, they are welcome to attend selected sessions across other tracks, subject to capacity. This encourages cross-industry collaboration while maintaining relevance.

Plenary sessions are high-level keynote discussions featuring global leaders, policymakers, and industry experts. These sessions address major themes such as global trade, geopolitics, innovation, and Australia’s role in the Asia-Pacific economy.

Yes. The summit works closely with chambers of commerce and trade bodies to host curated international delegations. Dedicated staff and facilitators assist in connecting international delegates with Australian businesses through meetings, roundtables, and networking events.

Networking is embedded throughout the event and includes:

  • Structured B2B matchmaking meetings
  • Industry roundtables (10–12 participants)
  • Speed networking sessions
  • Welcome reception
  • Industry-specific dinners and receptions
  • Gala Dinner & Awards Night

All networking is designed to be purposeful and relevant.

The Business Lounge is a dedicated space within the venue designed for private, pre-booked meetings. It features meeting tables or booths, on-site support staff, and a professional environment conducive to deal-making and partnership discussions.

The exhibition zone allows companies, service providers, and startups to showcase products, services, and innovations. The startup zone specifically highlights emerging businesses and provides visibility to investors, corporates, and government stakeholders.

The Startup Pitch Competition gives selected startups the opportunity to pitch live to a panel of judges, investors, and industry leaders. Winners may receive funding opportunities, partnerships, mentoring, or acceleration support. The competition is delivered in collaboration with leading innovation bodies.

Early-stage and growth-stage startups operating within the summit’s industry tracks can apply. Selection is based on innovation, scalability, commercial viability, and impact. Application details will be published prior to the event.

Yes. Policy roundtables and high-level discussions bring together government representatives, industry leaders, and chambers to address regulatory challenges, trade opportunities, and sector-specific policy priorities.

Day 3 is split into two parallel programs:

  • Exhibitor Program: The exhibition opens to the public, allowing broader engagement with SMEs and entrepreneurs.
  • Delegate Program: Curated site visits and institutional engagements, followed by the Gala Dinner & Awards Night.

Absolutely. The summit is designed as a global platform, with international delegates receiving support through matchmaking, facilitation, and curated networking to ensure valuable engagement with Australian businesses and institutions.

Each breakout session and roundtable produces a short outcomes summary highlighting:

  • Key challenges identified
  • Opportunities discussed
  • Potential collaborations or next steps

This ensures the summit delivers tangible value beyond the event itself.

A dedicated event app is used for:

  • Delegate profiles
  • B2B meeting scheduling
  • Agenda planning
  • Notifications and updates

Access details are provided to registered delegates prior to the event.

Yes. Sponsorship and partnership opportunities are available across industry tracks, networking events, exhibitions, and plenary sessions. Sponsors benefit from brand visibility, speaking opportunities, and direct access to targeted audiences.

Registration details, sponsorship enquiries, and exhibitor applications can be accessed through the website. Early registration is recommended due to limited delegate capacity and high demand for matchmaking opportunities.
